An old retail brand with a long-established reputation, Guy Degrenne was faced with a very contemporary challenge: how to satisfy their customers' appetite for digital. There was no way to do this, however, without having a real-time view of the current stock levels at each of its stores. "We needed an ERP system to manage not only this stock, but also our production and points of sale," emphasizes Thierry Villotte, Chairman of the Board at Guy Degrenne. "We also needed to find a solution tailored to our size — that of a small or medium business. After a survey of the market, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations quickly stood out."
